This privacy policy explains how the Daily Sum: Number Puzzle app ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. The app is published on Google Play by the developer account YogDroidTech, operated by Yogesh Kumar, based in India.

In short: the game is designed to work without an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location.

1. Information stored on your device

To run the game, the app saves the following on your device only:

• Your game progress, scores, and best scores
• Your daily streak and the puzzles you have played
• Your settings, such as sound and vibration preferences

This information stays on your phone. It is not sent to us, and you can remove it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.

2. Information collected automatically

To understand how the game is used and to fix problems, the app uses the following third-party services. They may collect limited technical information automatically:

This information does not identify you by name and is not used to contact you. These services are operated by Google and follow Google's Privacy Policy.

3. Advertising

The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, and information about how you interact with ads. Where required by law, you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.

4. Sharing your results

If you choose to use the share button, the app creates a text summary of your score and passes it to the app you pick, such as a messaging app. We do not see or store what you share. What happens next is governed by the privacy policy of the app you shared to.

5. How we use information

Any information described above is used only to:

• Run the game and save your progress
• Fix crashes and improve performance
• Understand which features players use
• Show ads, if the app includes them

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data retention and deletion

Game data stored on your device is kept until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Technical data collected by third-party services is kept according to those services' own retention settings. You can ask us to delete any data associated with your app installation by emailing us at the address below.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, and third-party services we use transmit data over encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
